The KHP was formed in 1933 and continues to provide law enforcement in the community under the same name.
This motorcycle officer wears a soft crowned cap in mid blue with a black lace band. The chinstrap and peak are black leather.
A simple shirt is worn as outerwear with the sleeves buttoned at the cuff, and the collar closed with a black tie at the neck. It is tucked into the shirt front in a style used by the Army at this time.
The trousers are dark blue with a mid-blue stripe down the outer seams.
His belts do not have the holster attached, and are devoid of cartridge loops.
