Headdress – Grey-green serge bustina. The cap has a folded peak and side flaps, the latter secured by buttons. On the peak front is affixed a cloth Corps badge.

Shirt – In summer or hot environments the serge jacket is removed and the shirt worn as the outer garment. The shirt is of a pull over pattern closed with a zipper that reaches halfway down the chest. The collar is a fall style, and there are pleated pockets with three-pointed flaps on the chest. The cuffs are buttoned closed.

Equipment – Standard Army issue in grey-green leather. The waist belt has a simple open buckle, which is pulled to the side when the ammunition pouches are configured as shown. The supporting strap attached to the belt loops around the neck. The bayonet frog is attached to the belt and hangs behind the left hip.

Legwear – Serge trousers tucked into long putties, worn over ankle boots.

Weapon – 6.5mm Mannlicher Carcano M91 rifle with bayonet.
