The MSP was formed in 1921 and continues to provide law enforcement in the community under the same name.

This officer is also mounted on a motorcycle. His cap has a soft crown and black lace band. The chinstrap and peak are leather. The agency badge is attached to the front of the crown.

A lighter blue shirt is worn under a darker jacket, with a darker blue necktie closing the collar. The jacket is decorated with dark blue shoulder straps, cuff braid and pocket flaps. The latter is not an unusual affectation amongst American police agencies.

A whistle chain is attached to the button on the right shoulder, with the whistle in the right chest pocket. His belt does not have a holster attached, nor are there loops for extra cartridges.

The flared breeches have a dark blue stripe down the outer seams, and are worn with leggings and ankle boots.

He was mounted on a Harley Davidson motorcycle.
